“Everything about life is education. As you grow up you learn new ideas, experiences, concepts, principles, and theories. Your ability to use what you have learnt: whether formal or informal, to transform your life for the better is what education is all about”.

ABOUT CEO/FOUNDER

KWAKU F. DARKWAH (MBA; B.Ed; PMConsult; MInstLM; Associate-CIPD)

“Facilitating Learning through Research Sharing”

Kwaku is a very enthusiastic, committed, consistent, and a very candid individual who has been in the teaching and management profession for a couple of years, with a very commendable, enviable, and relevant track record both in the UK and home country (Ghana). He is a career teacher who started teaching at the age of 12 years when as a class captain he had to take over the teaching of his classmates when no immediate teacher was available to replace the teacher who had gone for maternity leave. Since then, he has craved the art of teaching and leading, and has made a lot of positive impact in many educational and management establishments both in the UK and Ghana.

Throughout his career life in the education and management industry, he has excelled himself in any designated capacity. His aim and goal in life is to inspire the rural folks and the youth of the world to realize/achieve their desired potentials. He has volunteered in many viable projects for the youth and the rural people of Ghana. He volunteers as a project management consultant for some private international organisations. He is a research consultant for many individuals and corporate institutions. His aim is to open a Business and Management College in the near future in Ghana to offer various professional/academic courses that can help accelerate the socio-economic development of Ghana and Africa.

He is a leader; motivator; mentor; and an inspiration to many students from diverse ethnic backgrounds. He believes in the fact that anyone with an ambition must have knowledge and skills to realize their dream.

He is an Affiliate member of the Institute for Learning (IFL), Member Institute for Leadership and Management (MInstLM), Member Project Management Institute, USA (PMConsult) and currently an Associate member of CIPD-UK.

He believes in the empowerment of the human being through learning whether formal or informal. He is a strong advocate for learning for knowledge and skills for a lifetime.
Kwaku believes in the education of the youth; the development of the rural area; and the use of information technology in all aspects of our human endeavours. He is an ardent believer that for any individual to be developed they must have the 3 “E’s” namely Education; Experience; and an enabling Environment.

Achievements

Kwaku has made tremendous impact in the lives of many students from the UK, Mauritius, Jamaica, Gambia, Namibia, Nigeria, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Algeria, Morocco, Cameroun, Colombia, Malaysia, Bangladesh, Sri-Lanka, China, Ghana, USA, Canada, Germany, Russia, India and many parts of the world. He has single handedly helped these students from various parts of the globe to adjust, adapt, and acclimatize themselves to the complex UK educational system. He has been inspirational in voluntarily helping them to pass successfully their professional and academic exams. He has also guided successfully many students and corporate individuals to successfully write good research projects leading to the award of Bachelor; Masters; and Doctorate Degrees. He is a strategic thinker, inspirational leader, “good-enough” manager and believes in research sharing for a better and prosperous world.
